O God,
There are people who have hurt me.
People who have mistreated me and others.
Enfold them in your care.
Heal what is hurting within them.
Move them to a place of kindness and compassion.
Fill them with insight and perspective on what they are doing.
Help them to make choices that are life-giving for them and the world around them.
Help me move through my hurt and anger.
Help me find compassion and forgiveness.
Protect me from harm and remind me that they are your children.
Show me how to love my enemies.
Enfold me in your care.
