This workshop in the Advocacy Skills for the Apocalypse series will be led by CAPS to teach participants skills for managing emotions and moods to better advocate for change. Using mindfulness to develop emotion-regulation skills, helping you more effectively navigate difficult or overwhelming feelings, increase distress tolerance, and cultivate self-compassion.
