You don’t have to wait until finals to play with a pooch!
Center for Counseling and Psychological Services to host caring canines Oct. 18
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, the Penn State Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will host dogs from the Mount Nittany Dog Training Club on the Student Health Center lawn near Bigler Road.
The Show You Care event will also include hula hoops, bubbles and art activities to offer a break from stress. The rain date is Oct. 22.
‘Moose’ a Shiloh Shepherd provided by the Mount Nittany Dog Training Club, was on board April 30 at the Penn State Student Health Center to help students take a relaxation break in the midst of finals week on the University Park campus. ‘Fun for Finals’, hosted by University Health Services and CAPS provided puppy petting, bubble making and more for students as they continue through final exams.
