The Central PA Food Bank and YMCA of Centre County’s Anti-Hunger Programs offer community food distributions in the parking lot at Grace Lutheran on the second and fourth Thursdays each month. You can join other volunteers between 1:45 pm and 6 pm and help with with setup, pre-packing food items, check-in, or putting food into cars. Volunteers are welcome just part or for the whole time!

These distributions are held near the ramp entrance at Grace Lutheran Church, 205 South Garner Street in State College. This drive through distribution and accommodate walk-ups, too!

If you or someone you know would like to receive food at any of the distribution dates, there is no need to sign up – just come to the parking lot at Grace Lutheran between 3:30 and 5:30 pm. Each household receives both non-perishable and perishable food items. You’ll find more info and more distribution sites and dates on the YMCA Anti-Hunger Page.
