On September 4, Dr. Jadrian Wooten will speak about his journey into his career, how he discovered his vocation, and how his work today reflects and fulfills his values and beliefs in DiscernPSU’s lecture series, “Why I Do What I Do.”
Dr. Wooten is an assistant teaching professor at Penn State, and is most popular for his enthusiastic lectures in his general education course in microeconomics. He’s a favorite amongst students for his demonstrations in class, and is most noted for having his students outbid each other for donuts each semester.
The lecture is scheduled to take place at 7:00pm on September 4 in the Kern Auditorium. The cost of admission is free, and refreshments will be provided. There will be time for a question and answer session following Dr. Wooten’s lecture.
