God of New Life,
I have questions. I am not always certain. I have doubts.
Like Thomas, I am not able to simply accept the testimony of my friends. I need to see you myself.
Help me to see your presence, your power, your work and your love in the world around me.
Help me to see how you bring new life, and transformation.
Help me to see the your love, your forgiveness, and your justice.
And help me to not be frightened or ashamed of my questions and my doubts.
Help me to trust that your love holds me tightly in my belief and my doubt.
