“Why I Do What I Do: A conversation for students about work and meaning”
Gather for a unique conversation with Dr. Laurie Mulvey and Dr. Sam Richards, known here at Penn State for their work in Sociology and World in Conversation. They will talk together about the values and motivations that guide their lives and their work. It promises to be a fun and exciting evening.
We’ll meet in Thursday, October 26th at 7 pm in HUB 233. Snacks and conversation will follow.
“Why I Do What I Do” is part of discernPSU, a project inviting Penn State students, and those who work with them, to explore how the values and beliefs they hold shape their work, their activities and their relationships. discernPSU is funded by the Lilly Endowment.
