The Bells of Grace handbell choir of Grace Lutheran Church is seeking 2 – 3 new ringers for this semester. They rehearse weekly and ring in worship three or four Sundays each semester. They also participate in a night of special music during Holy Week and the Nittany Valley Handbell Festival. You are welcome to join!
If you haven’t rung handbells before, that is not a problem! They will teach you the techniques. The ability to read music is helpful since they perform intermediate level pieces.
Want to check it out? Their first rehearsal is Sunday, September 11 at 11:45 am after the 10:30 am worship service. They meet at the front of the worship space.
