You are invited to join the ecumenical choir forming for “Spirituals, Prophecies and Songs: A Celebration of Hope” on Wednesday, April 16th at 7 pm at Grace Lutheran Church.
African Amerian spirituals, songs and related verses will combine to portray and celebrate our hope in life eternal. Solo, choral and instrumental music, as well as spoken verse and dance will weave a colorful tapestry that portrays human struggles, temptations, hopes and faith in a life beyond the one we know now. The ecumenical choir is open to people of all backgrounds and abilities. All you need to bring is your love of singing and your enthusiasm to learn.
Rehearsals will be held on Sunday afternoons from 2 pm – 3:30 pm at Grace Lutheran Church.
