Community

We’ve seen student life here at Penn State up close, and can assure you this is a place where you don’t need to be bored.  In the mix of all the options for your time and energy, we invite you to the community of Lutheran Campus Ministry and Lutheran Student Community at Penn State!  You are truly welcome to  Come as you are!

When you come to a worship service or an event, you’ll find a lively community of students who are like you; on campus to learn, grow and prepare for the next chapter in their lives. You will find staff who can support you when you need it, and help you grow in a variety of ways. You will find a place to ask questions about life and faith, and you will find there is no question that is “off-limits” for discussion. You will find that you are welcome.

Come see for yourself. Come your first week on campus. Come your last week on campus. Come any week in-between.

You are always welcome! Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends!

Come as you are!

The Lutheran Student Community at Penn State is an intentionally safe place – open to all students – regardless of faith background, church denominational history, economic status, political affiliation, ancestry, color, national origin, race, sexual or gender orientation, gender identity, disability or handicap, political persuasion, age, or academic standing.
