O God,
You have come near.
You are closer than my next breath.
You are also as wide as the whole universe.
You bring love and justice to a world needing them desperately.
You forgive so freely, generously, and abundantly.
You pour out healing and new life in surprising places and remarkable ways.
You are transforming me and the whole world.
Your new life brings more hope than I can comprehend.
Teach me to live in transforming ways.
Show me how to love.
Give me the will to live out justice.
Help me forgive and reconcile.
Open my mind to how your ways defy the culture around me.
Help me to live as though you are near. Amen.
