“I traveled to both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park during the summer of 2019. I visited these places with my mom and dad and two older sisters. The natural beauty of these California parks astounded me. It was clear that God had taken his time on these creations; man could never create such splendor. I am so thankful that these places are protected so that future generations can experience them in all their glory.

I remember standing under a Giant Sequoia tree and feeling so small yet part of something much bigger than myself. It humbled me that my God was the same one that painted the beautiful landscapes before me. He thought that the world needed one of me, and that is an extraordinary feeling. I left my trip feeling inspired and enlightened.”
