The mission of Out of the Cold: Centre County (OOTC³) is to provide the homeless in our community with a warm and safe overnight accommodation and nourishment within a welcoming atmosphere as a supplemental option to locally established shelters. Guests stay overnight in various church buildings through the cold months, and volunteers staff the building, prepare dinner and breakfast for them.
On Sunday, March 31, Lutheran Student Community will be providing breakfast for the overnight guests at Grace Lutheran Church. We’ll be meeting to prepare the meal on Saturday, March 30 at 4:30 pm.
Please sign up and we’ll make bake, prepare fruit and a breakfast casserole for our guests to share (while we are all probably still sleeping the next morning!).
